Keith R. Barbour, D.O.
F.A.O.C.R.M., F.A.A.P.M.R.

Dr. Barbour is a board certified Physiatrist. He has been practicing Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation since 1988. He attended Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Barbour completed his residency in Physical Medicine at Wayne State University. He later became board certified by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Osteopathic Board of Rehabilitation Medicine, and the American Board of Pain Management. He teaches Manual Medicine classes, and is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork as a continuing education provider Category A.
Timothy J. Kellie, C.N.P.

Tim is a nurse practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He completed his master's degree through Walden University, and completed his clinical rotations at multiple local primary care offices. He gained his licensure as a registered nurse after completing the nursing program at Monroe County Community College and went on to earn his baccalaureate degree from Eastern Michigan University. Tim entered this practice as a massage therapist, continued training with Dr. Barbour in manual medicine, and has been providing manual medicine treatments to patients at Rehabilitation Specialists for over 25 years. He plans to continue using these hands-on skills to treat patients within the framework of a nurse practitioner's scope of practice.. ____________________________________________________________________________
Noel S. Chatla, D.P.T.

Noel Chatla is a registered Physical Therapist. In 2018 he earned his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Utica College of Syracuse University. He has been working at Rehabilitation Specialists as a Physical Therapist since 2009 and has trained with Dr. Barbour in Manual Medicine. He received his Bachelor's Degree of Physiotherapy at the NTR University of Health Sciences in Andhra Pradesh, India. In 2009 he obtained his MBA at the University of Findlay, in Ohio. Noel is the Director of the Physical Therapy Department at Rehabilitation Specialists of Monroe. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. He is passionate about taking care of his patients and helping them to achieve their goals. ____________________________________________________________________________
